Please take note of the following:

  • MCC emails will be sent to your personal email for the first weeks of enrollment. Check your spam, junk, and promotion folders to ensure you don't miss any important emails.
  • After a week or two, communications will be sent to your MCC student email only, which you'll need to use for all communication with faculty and staff.
  • If you're unsure about receiving emails (due to admission status or enrollment changes), please contact your Admissions Counselor to confirm your status.
  • All MCC forms (including orientation materials link) are only accessible using your MCC student email.
  • If you haven't been admitted yet but are on track to start, complete as many steps as possible to avoid falling behind. Note that completing these steps does not guarantee admission.
  • Each task has a dedicated MCC department for assistance. Please reach out to the correct department for faster responses to your questions.

If you are unsure who to contact, please get in touch with the Student Services department at studentservices@mccollege.edu
