Mental Health Information

NAMI Chicago: NAMI Chicago offers support groups virtually and in-person for people with mental health conditions to connect with one another, as well as family groups for people who are supporting someone living with a mental health condition. All support groups are free, safe and confidential places to talk things through with others who understand your experience, led by people who have had similar experiences too.

Chicago Mental Heath Centers: Care that can provide supports for emotional, traumatic, or behavioral difficulties.  Based on the needs identified by the consumer which includes goals, objectives and specific mental health services.

NoShameOnU Resources: Founded in November, 2014, No Shame on U is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to eliminating the stigma associated with mental health conditions and raising awareness in the Jewish community and beyond. Our goal is for the people who need help to seek it, for family members and friends to know how to provide proper support and to save lives.  (Grief Resources found here)
