Graduation documents will not be issued to students with an outstanding balance and/or to students with active administrative or academic holds until the balance is resolved and/or the holds are cleared. In the meantime, the Registrar’s Office can issue a verification letter confirming student’s completion of the program for requests like job opportunities, scholarships, college applications, and more.
Official Transcripts will not be issued directly to current or former students with an outstanding balance. However, MCC can provide an official transcript of a current or former student directly to a current or potential employer, even if the current or former student owes a debt. The FERPA form is required for this option.
