Withdrawal Information

Withdrawal Policy:

  • The College will withdraw students who fail to attend at least one scheduled course for a period of 14 calendar days (excluding scheduled breaks of five calendar days or more)
  • Withdrawing from your program of study may have both academic and financial consequences.
  • Students are encouraged to understand all the consequences before making the decision to withdraw. Please contact your Program Director or Academic Manager to discuss possible solutions before filling out the withdrawal form.
  • Students receiving financial aid are advised to contact Financial Aid Office & Program Director to discuss the consequences of a withdrawal and the impact it may have on student account balance, federal, state and institutional grants, loans, scholarships, and third-party sponsorships, veteran educational benefits, and aid eligibility at any other school to which they may transfer.
  • F-1 International students are encouraged to meet with the DSO Office before submitting withdrawal request to discuss the consequences the withdrawal from the program may have on their F-1 student status. 

 

From start to finish, the withdrawal process can take up to 45 calendar days. Charges are assessed based on the student's last day of attendance.
