1. Arrange your travel to the U.S.

Please closely communicate with your assigned counselor to prepare for your arrival. You will need to bring the documents below to show at the United States Port of Entry. 

  • Passport
  • F-1 visa
  • Original I-20 (no copies)
  • Other supporting documents, such as acceptance letter

2. Prepare your stay in Chicago

On-campus housing and school insurance are not mandatory at MCC. However, you may find your own housing and insurance. Please check the International Student Services (ISS) website for resources, including housing and insurance, and more.
